No more people than those contracted (including babies) are allowed, nor GROUPS of more than 6 PLACES without prior consultation with USOTEGI.
If you cancel or modify the reservation up to 7 days before the arrival date, the establishment will not make charges, or will refund the charges made. If you cancel or modify the reservation in the last 7 days of the term or do not show up, the establishment will charge the total amount of the entire stay.
PAYMENT IN ADVANCE: The establishment can charge 25% of the total amount at any time after making the reservation.
NOTE: In case of abandonment of the establishment in advance of the agreement between the two parties, the total amount agreed for the stay “of the room / apartment / entire house” will be charged as damages caused.
